Lifestyle is the seventh studio album by American indie rock band Silkworm. It was released on August 8, 2000 by the independent record label Touch and Go Records, making it their second on that label. After 1998's self-produced Blueblood, the band's friend and longtime recording engineer Steve Albini again returned to record the album, which was also produced by his girlfriend Heather Whinna. Slave Wages – (3:06). Treat the New Guy Right – (2:42).

Italian Platinum is the eighth full-length album released by indie rock band Silkworm. It is the band's third album released on Touch and Go Records. Like their previous album Lifestyle, Steve Albini and his girlfriend Heather Whinna recorded and produced the album respectively. Matt Kadane from Bedhead and The New Year played keyboards on this album. I Hope U) Don't Survive – (3:25). The Old You – (3:22). Is She A Sign – (2:28). Bourbon Beard – (3:13).

Silkworm ‎– Italian Platinum. Label: Touch And Go ‎– tg229cd. Recorded with Steve Albini at the beautiful Electrical Audio, Chicago Mastered with Nick Webb at the beautiful Abbey Road, London Produced with the beautiful Heather Whinna for Feature It or Fuck It, Ltd. The beautiful Kelly Hogan is a Bloodshot recording artist and appears courtesy of her own self (c)&(p)2002 Lyrics etcetera at ww. ilkworm.

Guitarist Andy Cohen was successful in luring his bandmates from Seattle to the City of Big Shoulders, and the now twice-relocated Silkworm is able to continue its semi-steady release schedule and live closer to its label and longtime engineer at the same time. There are a couple mild surprises on Italian Platinum, like the backwater new wave bounce of "The Brain" (Creedence Clearwater B-Fifty Shoes), and the teary piano-led ballad "Young," where guest Kelly Hogan takes a powerful lead vocal turn.

The album was preceded by the hit singles "Back It Up", officially released in the Netherlands on July 6
