Mark Mulcahy - Dear Mark J. Mulcahy, I Love You flac mp3

All in all, Dear Mark J. Mulcahy, I Love You more than conveys why Mulcahy is so beloved by his colleagues. By the same token, it’s confounding as to why, with songs of such strength, he is not a far more known artist in his own right. This is the best album I've heard since Nirvana's 'Nevermind' was released in 1991. It's that good! : ) 6y. Nathan M. 96. This is such an amazing record to start off summer.
Mark Mulcahy is an American musician and front-man for the New Haven, Connecticut-based band Miracle Legion in the 1980s to mid-1990s, 2016 - present. The band earned modest renown, especially in their native New England region, but disbanded after a sad turn of events with their record label, Morgan Creek Records. Mulchahy soon formed Polaris, a house band for the mid-1990s alternative television series The Adventures of Pete & Pete (1993–1996).
But Dear Mark J. Mulcahy fights against darkness with bright, wryly warbled folk-pop that can recall the Velvet Underground or Loudon Wainwright III or the post-REM college-rock Mulcahy made in Eighties band Miracle Legion. There’s a ruffled-sleeve flute and a repurposed Obama slogan on He’s a Magnet and happy whistling on the buoyant Poison Candy Heart, where Mulcahy sings, who’s gonna clean this up?, Probably me like I always you do. He cleans up pretty. In This Article: Mark Mulcahy. Dear Mark J. Mulcahy, I Love You.
Album · 2013 · 11 Songs. After a brief, clandestine affair with semi-fame in the ‘80s and ‘90s with his superb band Miracle Legion, Mulcahy continues to make music that reaches somewhat limited circles, which is a shame.
Dear Mark J. All of this makes for a satisfying comeback for a cult artist who has several cults anxiously waiting his return.
