Konitz is an album by saxophonist and bandleader Lee Konitz featuring performances recorded in 1954 which was originally released as a 10-inch LP on George Wein's Storyville label. The album was rereleased with additional alternate takes on CD in 1989 on the Black Lion label. The composer of over 300 titles, including the jazz standards "Lullaby of Birdland" an. hearing in 1959.
