Michie Koyama started learning piano playing at the age of five. Why is this album the best album ever released? As a musician myself, it has taught me that music isn't just lyrics that's pieced together with a guitar or keyboard, it's something that can be shaped and shifted into so many different ways. The Wall is not just an album, it's a story, or perhaps an autobiography that was shifted to make the plot more desirable. Roger Waters wrote this when he was struggling with his fame, so it was HIM who built the wall inside of his head, not Pink.

What is the greatest music album of all time? BestEverAlbums. com brings together thousands of 'greatest ever album' charts and calculates an overall ranking. If you ask a hundred different people to name the best album of all time, the chances are that you will not get a unanimous answer! This web site's purpose is to achieve a means of establishing the greatest music albums of all time by using legitimate critical sources and calculating a ranking based on the rank and number of times an album has appeared in a 'greatest album' chart and then ranking the albums according to their aggregate performance.

Koyama is best known as a voice actress in anime films (that’s her as Kei in Akira) but she also cut this obscure idol record for Victor written by Masanori Sasaji, Pecker and keyboardist Etsuko Yamakawa. From the Yen records Christmas album! Taeko Ohnuki is, of course, a legend, both as a songwriter and as a solo artist herself. This song was written by Taeko with vocal arrangements by Hosono and further production by Takahashi. The best Hosono track? Perhaps it stands apart from the rest of these as it has more of a bounce to it’s step, but overall it’s so softly contoured and steeped in oceanic feeling that it can be shoehorned.

Michie Koyama began playing the piano at age 6. She graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts and its Graduate School, studying with Michiko Yoshida and Hiroshi Tamura. She is the only Japanese pianist ever to have won prizes at the international music competitions in both Moscow (the Tchaikovsky Competition, 3rd Prize, 1982) and Warsaw (the Chopin Competition, 4th Prize, 1985). She has performed with eminent orchestras and conductors such as the BBC Symphony, the Royal Philharmonic, the Berlin Symphony, the Montreal Symphony, James Conlon, Seiji Ozawa, Andrew Davis, and Wolfgang Sawallisch, among others. In 2012, she toured Japan with Maestro Vladimir Fedoseyev and the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, and then Moscow in 2013. In 2006, Ms. Koyama started a grand-scale project "A romantic journey through the piano keys," which will end in 2017.
